  • Two bathrooms: One indoor and one outdoor, both with shower, dispenser with hand soap, shower-shampoo. Each bathroom also has a set of towels and a courtesy toilet paper roll.

    • Master bedroom: with a double bed and a single bed, furnished with light-colored fabrics. White is the dominant color, enhanced by natural wood elements for a relaxing effect.
    • Second room: with a king-size bed, cozy and bright, with high-quality linens and two types of pillows for a tailor-made rest.

We wanted to transform this villa into an authentic retreat, a place where we ourselves love to spend holidays with our families. Every detail has been carefully thought out, not just for our well-being, but for everyone who chooses to stay here, sharing our philosophy of genuine hospitality.

Emilio, with years of experience in the hospitality industry, wanted to bring the comfort and services of a hotel here to provide a carefree stay.
Michele, an engineer, has taken care of every space with a keen eye for functionality, elegance and harmony in the rooms.
